The North Fork Vision Home & Community Program seeks to provide the most timely and up to date Information for all of our Learners and Families, however it is advised that if your Learner is interested in applying for a Specific Scholarship that they investigate beyond the information we have provided regarding due date deadlines, requirements and information they would be required to know or provide to be successful in the Scholarship Process. Our Director Teri Kinkade is always available by appointment to review any Scholarship or College Information or questions learners or Families might have.
